Job Description
Oracle Fusion Program Manager managing large-scale healthcare implementation projects. Leading project teams and developing client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception to delivery
- Manage medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity
- Develop new business within the project and assist with developing proposals, RFPs, etc.
- Direct multiple implementations and cross-functional teams
- Travel as necessary to client sites to perform required tasks
- Interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Program Management roles, majority on cloud (OCI) projects
- Healthcare implementation leadership experience is required
- 6+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation projects with medium to high complexity
- Demonstrated ability to lead, build consensus, and foster accountability of cross-functional client, vendor, and project teams
- Experience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices
- Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in at least one Oracle Fusion module
