Job Description

Oracle Fusion Solution Architect designing and implementing cloud ERP solutions for Avery Dennison, a global materials science and digital identification company. Leading integrations, governance, and full-cycle implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Develop and maintain solution architecture aligned with business requirements and best practices
  • Create and document solution designs, including data models, integration points, and security configurations
  • Guide Oracle Fusion implementation from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
  • Advise implementation teams and ensure project milestones are met
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, solution design presentations, and status meetings
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for Oracle Fusion matters
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance
  • Review existing systems to identify improvement, optimization, and cost-reduction opportunities
  • Stay current with Oracle Fusion features and technologies, including AI and Redwood Design, and drive adoption
  • Design and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise systems

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT
  • At least 5 years in a solution architect role focused on Oracle applications
  • Experience in an international manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
  • Deep expertise in multiple Oracle Fusion modules
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Oracle Cloud Certification highly preferred
  • Fluency in English required
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or business, or equivalent experience
  • MBA is a plus
