Job Description
Oracle Fusion Solution Architect designing and implementing cloud ERP solutions for Avery Dennison, a global materials science and digital identification company. Leading integrations, governance, and full-cycle implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Develop and maintain solution architecture aligned with business requirements and best practices
- Create and document solution designs, including data models, integration points, and security configurations
- Guide Oracle Fusion implementation from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
- Advise implementation teams and ensure project milestones are met
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
- Facilitate requirements workshops, solution design presentations, and status meetings
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Oracle Fusion matters
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance
- Review existing systems to identify improvement, optimization, and cost-reduction opportunities
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion features and technologies, including AI and Redwood Design, and drive adoption
- Design and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise systems
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT
- At least 5 years in a solution architect role focused on Oracle applications
- Experience in an international manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
- Deep expertise in multiple Oracle Fusion modules
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Oracle Cloud Certification highly preferred
- Fluency in English required
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or business, or equivalent experience
- MBA is a plus
