Job Description

BDR outbound prospectando indústrias, grandes empresas e agronegócios para soluções BESS e baterias da SolarPro. Qualificando leads e agendando reuniões comerciais em home office.

Responsibilities:

  • Research companies and identify contacts involved in energy and investment decisions.
  • Conduct active outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels defined by the company.
  • Initiate contact primarily by phone and maintain an organized follow-up sequence.
  • Present SolarPro and generate interest in BESS and battery solutions.
  • Gather initial information about operations, energy needs, investment interest, and the timeline for project evaluation.
  • Qualify contacts and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Record completed outreach, information gathered, and next steps in the CRM system.
  • Monitor scheduled meetings, confirm participant attendance, and follow up when necessary.
  • Meet targets for prospecting, completed meetings, and qualified opportunities.
  • Share questions, objections, and relevant information gathered during outreach with the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in active B2B prospecting, with frequent use of telephone outreach.
  • Ability to research companies, identify decision-makers, and engage in conversations with managers and directors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple contacts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and research tools.
  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Availability to work remotely, with a suitable environment for phone calls and virtual meetings.
  • Preferred: experience prospecting large accounts or working in sectors such as energy, technology, electrical equipment, and industrial solutions.
  • Preferred: knowledge of solar energy, BESS, and batteries.
  • Preferred: experience engaging with industrial companies, large energy consumers, and agribusinesses.
