Job Description
Remote outbound fundraiser securing donations for major nonprofit clients through predictive dialing. Engaging donors, following approved scripts, and meeting fundraising and productivity metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Receive in-depth training
- Join one of four teams calling on behalf of assigned MDS clients
- Call for 4–8 different clients during an 8-hour day using predictive dialing equipment
- Complete approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with 20–30 seconds between calls on average
- Communicate positively, engagingly, and enthusiastically with donors and prospective donors using client-approved scripts
- Secure financial gifts on behalf of clients
- Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience, or a strong general employment record with long-term stability
- Dedicated wired internet connection
- Quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
- Willingness to learn
- Persistence
- Respect for the company's Christian values; sharing these beliefs is not required
