Job Description
Outbound Sales Representative helping Property Leads grow its customer base by connecting with real estate investors. Engaging outbound prospects and qualifying them into long-term clients or involving the Affiliate Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, send emails/texts, prospect on social media, and conduct follow-ups to connect with new leads
- Qualify prospects and clearly communicate our value proposition
- Manage and organize pipeline in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Schedule and hand off calls to closers or conduct demos depending on lead readiness
- Document all touchpoints and maintain accurate CRM notes
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine the outbound strategy and hit team goals
- Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and sales opportunities
Requirements:
- 1+ years of outbound or commission-based sales experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (required)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone, sending emails, and engaging in live chat/text
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and follow up consistently
- Experience with CRMs like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and a team-first attitude
- Open to feedback, self-aware, and committed to continuous improvement
