Job Description
Paid Ads Specialist managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Collaborating with teams to support client growth and e-commerce objectives in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- **Duties and Responsibilities: **
- Manage, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to support client growth, lead generation, and e-commerce objectives
- Handle and manage a maximum of 5–8 client accounts simultaneously within the Australian market
- Manage advertising budgets ranging from AUD 500 up to AUD 40,000 monthly ad spend depending on client requirements and campaign scale
- Perform daily campaign monitoring, bid adjustments, audience optimization, and budget management to maximize campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data and key performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures to improve results and performance efficiency
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, click-through rates, and overall advertising performance
- Create and maintain accurate campaign tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of campaigns across additional paid advertising platforms including TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quantcast, and StackAdapt
- Support both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns, with stronger focus on e-commerce advertising performance
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to align paid ads strategies, campaign execution, and client objectives
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, delivered on time, and continuously optimized in a fast-paced environment with no backlogs
- Stay updated with platform changes, paid advertising trends, and best practices across Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms
- Maintain clear and proactive communication regarding campaign updates, performance insights, and optimization recommendations
Requirements:
- **Must-have Skills / Qualification:**
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising and digital campaign management.
- Strong experience managing and optimizing campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Exposure to additional advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quantcast, and StackAdapt are nice-to-have.
- Experience handling both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns, with stronger exposure to e-commerce campaigns preferred.
- Proven capability in campaign implementation, optimization, and contributing to advertising strategy development
- Familiarity with Google Ads account management, audience targeting, bid strategies, campaign analysis, and performance optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and urgency in execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively
- Experience working with multiple client accounts simultaneously; agency experience is an advantage but in-house experience is also accepted
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive, and time-tracking platforms
- Experience supporting Australian or international clients is an advantage
- Ability to manage varying campaign budgets and workloads across multiple advertising platforms
- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote/work-from-home setup**
