Job Description

Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist managing internal operations for Purple Sales Solutions. Handling Canadian accounting and payroll tasks with QuickBooks Online expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and controlling Daily Accounting records
  • Monthly P&L & annual balance sheet
  • Generating ad hoc financial reports
  • Generating accounting reports as requested
  • Responding to inquiries regarding A/P & A/R
  • Account receivable management
  • Payroll management & contractor invoice management
  • Assisting with generating and/or submitting Tax documents such as T4, T4A, T2, GST/HST, ROE, T2200
  • Supervising and controlling Administrative sales activities
  • Timely client invoicing/vendor payments
  • Keeping up to date with the CRM and the different tasks in the latest stages, such as proposal update and agreement finalization
  • Identifying Grants and preparing their application in a timely fashion
  • Generating management reports as requested

Requirements:

  • At least four years of experience using QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payroll
  • Ability to use presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Excel professionally
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills
  • QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payroll (Advanced Level required)
  • Excel (Advanced Level Required)
  • Pandadoc (Preferred)
  • BambooHR (Preferred)
