Job Description
Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist managing internal operations for Purple Sales Solutions. Handling Canadian accounting and payroll tasks with QuickBooks Online expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and controlling Daily Accounting records
- Monthly P&L & annual balance sheet
- Generating ad hoc financial reports
- Generating accounting reports as requested
- Responding to inquiries regarding A/P & A/R
- Account receivable management
- Payroll management & contractor invoice management
- Assisting with generating and/or submitting Tax documents such as T4, T4A, T2, GST/HST, ROE, T2200
- Supervising and controlling Administrative sales activities
- Timely client invoicing/vendor payments
- Keeping up to date with the CRM and the different tasks in the latest stages, such as proposal update and agreement finalization
- Identifying Grants and preparing their application in a timely fashion
- Generating management reports as requested
Requirements:
- At least four years of experience using QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payroll
- Ability to use presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Excel professionally
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payroll (Advanced Level required)
- Excel (Advanced Level Required)
- Pandadoc (Preferred)
- BambooHR (Preferred)
