Job Description
Partner Development Manager growing Partner relationships at Insights. Building trusted partnerships and driving commercial success across the region with a focus on account management and development.
Responsibilities:
- Growing Partner relationships
- Build strong, trusted relationships with new and existing Partners
- Grow and develop a portfolio of accounts across the region
- Recruit and onboard new Partners aligned to territory growth plans
- Create and deliver Partner and territory growth strategies
- Understand what matters to your Partners and help them achieve their goals
- Driving commercial success
- Deliver against revenue, profitability and Partner satisfaction targets
- Identify growth opportunities and turn them into results
- Manage your pipeline, forecasts and account activity through Dynamics 365
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and regional opportunities
- Helping Partners thrive
- Coach, support and develop Partners to maximise their success
- Enable Partners to confidently position, sell and deliver Insights solutions
- Build engaged Partner communities through events, campaigns and regular connection
- Share best practice and help keep the Insights spirit alive across the network
- Championing the Insights brand
- Be a passionate ambassador for Insights internally and externally
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver an exceptional Partner experience
- Balance commercial opportunities with long-term relationship success
Requirements:
- Experience in account management, partner management, sales or business development
- A track record of building strong client or partner relationships
- Great commercial awareness and a knack for spotting opportunities
- Confidence influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive, self-starting approach and a desire to make things happen
