Job Description
Partner Development Manager for Wildix, enhancing channel partnerships and driving revenue growth in the Latin America region. Collaborating with partners to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve MRR objectives
- Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success
- Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
- Continually develop, enhance, and execute Territory Plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance
- Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue
- Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap and SWOT analysis, coordinating resolution activities such as training sessions and cross-departmental consultations
- Monitor and support partner sales activities, including pipeline management and co-op sales processes
- Traveling regularly for business needs
Requirements:
- A min 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both team members and partners
- Grit and desire for success drive you to achieve goals, making you target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
- Ability work in a structured and professional manner to deliver sales targets
- Being a team player who enjoys working with others
- Detailed and analytical approach to generating revenue.
