Job Description

Partner Manager at WeVideo operationalizing and scaling co-sell and referral programs with partners. Demonstrating sales skills and impacting revenue in Sales and Strategic Alliances.

Responsibilities:

  • Take finalized partnerships and turn them into high-performing revenue engines by building functional support and engagement models.
  • Act as the 'Primary Evangelist' to partner sales teams, providing the training, pitch decks, and talk tracks needed to win.
  • Directly impact the bottom line by joining partner sales calls, delivering product demonstrations, and executing complex co-sell opportunities.
  • Own the CRM integrity for the channel, ensuring 100% accurate deal tracking, lead flow orchestration, and attribution.
  • Serve as the bridge between partners and internal Product/Engineering teams to resolve technical hurdles and advocate for partner-driven roadmap requirements.
  • Identify friction points in the co-sell process and refine the blueprint for how WeVideo wins alongside its partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Sales Enablement, or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of carrying and hitting a sales-related quota.
  • Experience building or operationalizing a partner channel or program from the ground up.
  • Expert-level experience with Salesforce (or equivalent) for tracking pipeline, managing leads, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear requirements for internal support and engineering teams.
  • Exceptional presence with the ability to influence external Account Executives and internal executive stakeholders.
