Job Description
Partner Manager responsible for driving engagement and revenue within non-profit technology sector. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day partner relationships across partner portfolio
- Lead external enablement sessions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners
- Develop individualized partner strategies and joint go-to-market plans
- Identify and onboard new partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute partner initiatives
- Track and report on key partner metrics
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related sales/account management role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively articulate value proposition
- Strategic and structured thinker, data-driven
- Foundational understanding of integration landscape (ETL, application integration, workflow automation) preferred
- Experience with Salesforce required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
