Job Description
Partner Success Manager driving PMI product growth, client acquisition, and B2B account expansion in Canada. Managing strategic accounts, regional plans, executive relationships, and partner networks.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition, consumption of PMI products, and account management of existing clients through key growth strategies and targeted account plans
- Lead product consumption aligned with the geographic key account business plan and roadmap
- Support regional business plan development, execution, and organizational alignment
- Work with Regional leadership to identify regional Key Accounts
- Own, develop, implement, and maintain account plans, including expansion into executive relationships and project/delivery networks
- Adhere to company standards around CRM usage
- Attain business targets through revenue generation from PMI products within new and existing accounts and expand the B2B Key Account customer base
- Serve as a primary relationship leader within the region/country to key organizational stakeholders
- Collaborate with PMI staff in-region and peers in other regions to drive regional targets and a unified account plan
- Build an effective industry network aligned with regional priorities
- Bring sensing data from Key Accounts to inform PMI’s response to the profession
- Expand PMI’s Council within the region through active recruitment
- Drive account strategies with marketing, client engagement, and sales execution teams, including thought leadership, market research, new products/solutions, events, and co-creation
- Host and attend networking events to raise PMI’s profile and brand awareness
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of PMI strategy, solution capabilities, strategic direction, and team capabilities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and partner data for business intelligence, marketing, and KPIs
- Compile data-driven reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for regional teams and stakeholders
- Prioritize high-value initiatives and focus resources on areas with the highest return on investment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, or another field relevant to this role preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of business development experience and managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling process to multinational companies
- 5+ years’ experience in process improvement, knowledge sharing, forecasting/budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic account planning
- Experience working in a sales environment in a growing global organization or similar product environment
- Hands-on CRM experience highly desired
- Successful advocacy with corporations and/or government
- Multiple language skills preferred, as applicable by region
- PMI Certifications a plus
- Achieved quota/annual targets in previous roles as an individual contributor
- Affinity to learn about products and services to accurately answer client questions and make recommendations
- Strong presentation skills to senior-level global audiences
- Technologically savvy and a proponent of digital technology, including mobile, analytics, context-rich systems, and cloud
- Ability and willingness to become thoroughly familiar with project management, the profession, and PMI
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and support team goals
- Superior organizational and time management skill sets
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
