Job Description
Enrollment Specialist managing patient enrollments and educating on remote patient monitoring in healthcare. Emphasizing future growth and collaboration with medical practices in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Talking to 30-40 patients per day from partnered medical practices
- Educating patients on the advantages of remote patient monitoring
- Facilitating a seamless transition for converted patients to the dedicated care team through efficient internal communication and documentation
Requirements:
- BS/BA is a plus
- Additional bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Korean, Italian)
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
