Job Description
Payments Product Manager owning payment integrations and transaction processing for Precoro’s AI-powered procurement platform. Driving reliable, compliant payments across global customers and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Payments product area end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration
- Understand customer payment workflows across the global client base and translate them into a prioritized, ROI-driven roadmap
- Create and maintain payment-provider integrations
- Ensure reliability, security, and compliance across markets
- Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and external payment partners
- Prepare the product for new markets and payment methods
- Define and track success metrics
- Use data to identify friction points and measure impact on adoption and revenue
- Lead a cross-functional team
- Set standards for documentation, prioritization, and high-quality delivery
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building or scaling payment integrations from scratch, including routing, PSP/acquirer integrations, virtual cards, ACH, or cross-border payments
- 3–5+ years as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping features end-to-end
- Strong ability to work with APIs and technical integrations, including partner limitations, versioning, error handling, and reconciliation
- Critical thinking and comfort navigating ambiguous, multi-layered problems
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with data to inform decisions
- Comfortable writing SQL queries or using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for KPI analysis
- Experience with B2B SaaS or API-first product development
- Familiarity with using AI tools in day-to-day product workflow
