Job Description
Leads performance engineering efforts to ensure cloud scalability and performance. Collaborates with teams on testing strategies and optimizes high-availability cloud deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Leads enterprise performance engineering efforts
- Ensure system scalability, stability, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed cloud and hybrid environments
- Responsible for designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies
- Identify bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Work closely with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness
- Optimize system performance and support high-availability cloud deployments within Azure and AKS environments
Requirements:
- Mid-level experience
- Performance and scalability testing
- Distributed systems and API architecture
- Azure cloud and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Performance metrics analysis and tuning
- CI/CD and automated performance pipelines
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Lead, coach and mentor Performance Engineer staff offshore
- Nice to Have: Mortgage or FinTech industry experience
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and high-volume transaction systems
