Job Description
Engenheiro de Planejamento remoto na Capco, consultoria que promove inclusão e responsabilidade social. Estruturando cronogramas, relatórios de progresso e análises quantitativas de riscos e custos.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and structure the project baseline schedule
- Generate project physical progress reports to support the Project Manager and track short-, medium-, and long-term milestones
- Participate in meetings and workshops to define and monitor the project schedule, using the designated planning and control tool
- Apply the Company’s existing schedule and risk management standards
- Participate in qualitative risk analysis and quantitative schedule and cost analysis workshops
- Issue probabilistic milestone completion forecasts based on quantitative schedule and cost analyses
- Use the corporate system to register risks and response plans
- Follow up with owners of identified risks and action plans, including analysis, control, expediting, follow-up on outstanding items, and backlog cleanup; provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Perform other similar activities of the same complexity and scope
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project
- Intermediate knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis
- Basic knowledge of Primavera P6
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Advanced or fluent English
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience performing activities similar to the scope of the services, subject to approval by the contract oversight team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with active registration in the relevant professional council
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification; or PMP® certification; or PMI-RMP® certification; or PMI-SP® certification; or AACE-PSP certification; or AACE-PRMP certification; or an equivalent postgraduate specialization; or an equivalent certification subject to prior approval
