Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of major Integrations Platform features and projects, including SDKs, agents, job pipelines, and related services, from inception through customer production
  • Drive the evolution of the integration authoring experience, including AI-enabled workflows
  • Champion reliability, scalability, and observability across the agent ecosystem and integrations lifecycle
  • Build developer tooling, packages, and libraries to reduce friction and accelerate integration development and adoption
  • Partner with product, platform, and customer success teams to translate customer needs into technical designs
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship through design reviews, architecture input, and hands-on guidance
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning workflow orchestration, service scaling, and job orchestration

  • Coordinate across the full stack, from deployment infrastructure and server code to SDKs, agents, and modules across operating systems and deployment targets

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience owning the architecture of significant features or subsystems end-to-end
  • Strong coding ability across backend services, SDKs, developer tooling, and agent-based systems

  • Experience working on edge platforms, especially Windows, plus Linux desktop/server and macOS
  • Knowledge of OS-specific permissions, services/daemons, packaging, and filesystem considerations
  • Experience with distributed-systems orchestration models such as DAG-based schedulers, event-driven pipelines, actor systems, or queue-based task workers
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development or agentic workflow systems
  • Strong grounding in system reliability, security, and performance optimization for developer-facing platforms
  • Track record of technical leadership and mentorship
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident living within the United States
