Job Description
PMO Analyst supporting governance and reporting for project management office at Genfinity. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and methodologies for project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce PMO standards, templates, and methodologies
- Support project lifecycle governance including intake, approvals, and closures
- Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and action item tracking
- Track milestone delivery and support issue and risk escalation
- Prepare weekly and monthly project and portfolio reports
- Maintain PMO documentation repositories and version control
- Coordinate PMO and project meetings, minutes, and follow‑ups
- Track schedule, scope, cost, and risk indicators
- Support portfolio‑level dashboards and KPIs
- Validate reporting accuracy across projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
- PMP or CAPM PMO or project governance certification (preferred)
- Agile or Scrum certification (preferred)
