Job Description
Providing technical support to sales team and resellers while assisting in cybersecurity POCs. Devising initial architecture and troubleshooting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as technical support for the sales team and resellers on sales opportunities
- Conduct technical demonstrations and support Proofs of Concept (POCs) for the solutions
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into accurate technical proposals
- Support initial solution architecture design across target verticals
- Investigate incidents, analyze logs, and assist troubleshooting of solutions
- Interact with vendor support and engineering teams (in English) when necessary
- Monitor SLAs and ensure progress of technical tickets
- Create and maintain technical documentation and best-practice guides
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical support, pre-sales, or implementation in cybersecurity
- Strong foundation in networking, APIs, cloud (AWS/Azure), offensive/defensive security
- Ability to read and converse technically in English
- Interest in hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and technical analysis
- Experience with distributors, systems integrators, or MSSPs is a plus
- Clear communication skills to interact with resellers, customers, and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies
