Job Description
Principal AI Engineer developing machine-learning models and AI tools for Creative Chaos. Integrating, optimizing, and deploying solutions across products and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications
- Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and tweak as necessary
- Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectively
- Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency
- Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team
- Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development
- Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying AI solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for technology and commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements
