Job Description
Principal AI solutions leader designing AI agents, workflows, and automations for Higher Logic’s community solutions. Partnering with business teams to improve workflows, adoption, and measurable organizational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted AI solution expert, guiding functional leaders and subject matter experts in identifying business friction and translating opportunities into practical AI-enabled solutions
- Lead the end-to-end discovery, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI agents, skills, workflows, automations, prompt-based solutions, and related tools
- Balance business value, usability, speed, scalability, enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards
- Work with end users and functional stakeholders to understand workflows, validate requirements, support adoption, and incorporate change management into solution design and rollout
- Develop reusable solution patterns, playbooks, templates, documentation, and best practices
- Collaborate with the AI Transformation Lead, technology partners, and stakeholders to identify dependencies and escalate data access or infrastructure needs
- Evaluate solution effectiveness using user feedback, adoption, business outcomes, and other measures
- Stay current on relevant AI capabilities, techniques, and evolving practices
- Conduct business according to Higher Logic policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency with applied artificial intelligence concepts and tools, including AI agents, skills, workflow automation, prompt-based solutions, and related approaches
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate ambiguous or complex business problems into clear requirements, solution concepts, and working deliverables
- Strong product-oriented mindset balancing user needs, business value, feasibility, speed, and scalability
- Ability to build and iterate solutions quickly while maintaining quality, documentation, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and concurrent initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of change management principles and human factors in technology adoption
- Ability to identify patterns across business functions and create reusable solutions and practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a centralized AI Transformation team and multiple business functions
- Product management, project management, business analytics, GTM strategy, consulting, or transformation experience is a plus
