- Lead technical discovery and feasibility assessments for complex transformation initiatives
- Translate business and process requirements into technical designs, working prototypes, implementation plans, and production solutions
- Own technical delivery through architecture, prototyping, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Design, configure, build, test, and deploy enterprise AI workflows, copilots, intelligent agents, and automation solutions
- Engineer agent instructions, prompts, tools, knowledge connections, APIs, guardrails, escalation paths, evaluation, and monitoring mechanisms
- Build reusable workflows, prompt libraries, agent patterns, connectors, templates, and components

- Design and implement enterprise-system configurations, workflows, business rules, and data structures
- Design and build API-based and platform-based integrations across ERP, CRM, financial, project management, collaboration, operational, data, automation, and AI systems
- Resolve complex technical problems involving authentication, APIs, data flows, integration logic, exception handling, automation, and AI
- Align solutions with enterprise architecture, configuration standards, integration patterns, security requirements, and change controls
- Transition ongoing ownership of configurations and integrations to appropriate system owners
- Design end-to-end solutions spanning business processes, enterprise systems, data, integrations, automation platforms, and AI services
- Develop solution architecture and platform recommendations balancing scalability, security, compliance, maintainability, user experience, and total cost of ownership
- Create reference patterns, design artifacts, and implementation standards
- Serve as technical lead and escalation point while remaining directly involved in prototyping and implementation
- Build proofs of concept and working prototypes; convert successful prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Evaluate emerging AI, automation, integration, and enterprise platform capabilities through practical experimentation
- Recommend whether to build, buy, configure, integrate, or retire capabilities
- Implement responsible AI, security, privacy, data-use, human-oversight, documentation, testing, release, and support requirements
- Build evaluation and quality-assurance approaches for AI outputs, agent behavior, workflow reliability, and exception handling

- Create standards and reusable controls supporting governance and compliance
- Prepare users, process owners, and support teams for new ways of working
- Create technical documentation and knowledge-transfer plans
- Scale successful solutions across functions using reusable patterns, components, integrations, and playbooks
- Communicate solution options, tradeoffs, progress, risks, and outcomes to executive, business, and technical audiences
- Act as thought partner to the Executive Director while owning priority transformation and AI work
- Mentor managers, architects, analysts, and solution teams through pairing, design sessions, reviews, and hands-on problem solving
- Influence across functions and align business teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners
- Perform other duties as assigned
