Job Description
Principal Product Manager driving AI product strategy for dental practices' billing processes. Collaborating with teams to improve workflows while building agentic AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and roadmap for an AI-first product.
- Shadow revenue specialists, billers, and dental office managers to understand workflows end-to-end.
- Help us build new agentic workflows, human-in-the-loop UX patterns, and audit trails.
- Define gradual autonomy models for AI.
Requirements:
- 8+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years working on AI/ML products.
- You're already shipping AI products.
- You've built things with LLMs and agent frameworks.
- You leverage AI across the entire stack of the job.
- You've built pure agentic or human-in-the-loop systems before.
