Job Description

Principal Program Manager leading complex cross-functional initiatives to advance Prescryptive's strategic goals. Collaborating across teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple complex, cross-functional programs that advance Prescryptive's strategic priorities, from planning through successful delivery.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and functional leaders to define program scope, success measures, governance, sequencing, and ownership.
  • Build program plans, coordinate work across teams, and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Drive executive visibility by communicating progress, surfacing tradeoffs, recommending actions, and holding teams accountable while adapting plans as priorities evolve.
  • Ensure programs deliver meaningful business outcomes, not simply completed project plans.
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent enterprise initiatives and help leaders balance priorities, dependencies, and resources across the work.
  • Help strengthen how Prescryptive delivers its most important initiatives by improving program management practices, coaching and mentoring other program managers, and raising the consistency and effectiveness of enterprise execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive sponsors to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, build alignment, and drive execution across multiple teams.
  • Strong program management skills, including planning, governance, risk and dependency management, and executive communication.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent enterprise initiatives and balancing competing priorities.
  • Experience succeeding in a growth-stage company or other fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology, product, or business transformation programs.
  • Strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve planning, analysis, communication, or execution effectiveness.
