Job Description
Process Analyst performing process mapping and improvements for operational efficiency at Gaudium in Brazil. Responsible for implementing processes, automation, and KPI tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct process mapping and diagnostics, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommended actions.
- Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from problem framing and structuring through implementation and monitoring of results.
- Establish and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with area objectives, and develop dashboards with actionable metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in processes, indicators, and automations.
- Implement automations and technological solutions, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, to increase efficiency and drive operational advancement.
- Operate in ambiguous contexts by structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and promoting adoption of process and workflow management tools and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process mapping and implementing process improvements with measurable impact.
- Experience in process automation using automation platforms, triggers, workflows, and integrations between systems.
- Knowledge of process modeling and management tools.
- Analytical, data-oriented profile.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in technology companies or fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of programming languages for automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or similar).
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
