Job Description
Engenharia de processos e IA generativa para automações na agência F2F. Mapeamento, prototipagem e validação de soluções internas com os sócios fundadores.
Responsibilities:
- Map internal processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop prototypes and solutions using generative AI through a vibe coding approach.
- Create test scenarios, validate workflows, and ensure automations work in real-world situations.
- Transform manual processes into internal products in partnership with the founding partners.
- Participate in strategic decisions and projects from the outset, without intermediary layers.
- Work directly with the founding partners on real-world technology and applied AI projects.
- Contribute to building internal products and automations that impact the company’s operations.
Requirements:
- Have studied Engineering (any discipline).
- Genuine interest in generative AI, automation, and product development.
- Strong logical reasoning and structured thinking skills.
- Curious, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Enjoy testing, validating, and improving solutions before considering them complete.
- Ability to work independently remotely and communicate effectively.
- Active CNPJ registration or willingness to open one (PJ contractor model).
- Experience with process mapping (AS IS / TO BE) is a plus.
- Knowledge of tools such as Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with databases or Supabase is a plus.
- Experience with QA, test documentation, or process validation is a plus.
