Job Description
Remote Process Server delivering legal documents for ProVest, a legal support services firm. Managing service attempts, route planning, and mobile-app updates across three North Carolina counties.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver legal documents
- Update information through the PSO Mobile app
- Make approximately three service attempts at various times of day and on weekends
- Plan routes for efficiency
- Serve cases at least every 72 hours
- Set own schedule within flexible guidelines
- Use own vehicle to perform service attempts
- Receive support from a South Carolina-based liaison
Requirements:
- Certified Process Server in Harnett, Johnston, or Lee Counties, North Carolina
- Must be in or live near the listed counties
- Commitment to honesty and accuracy
- Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Familiarity with mobile apps, including the proprietary PSO Mobile app
- Access to a computer, printer, and scanner
- Residence within or near the listed county is preferred
- Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is a plus
