Job Description
Product Manager owning AI Transformation and Salesforce roadmaps at GoodLeap, a sustainable-solutions financing technology company. Driving generative AI, automation, platform evolution, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and articulate a clear product vision and unified roadmap across the AI Transformation and Salesforce teams
- Understand the AI landscape and internal user needs to prioritize AI products, Salesforce enhancements, and automation opportunities
- Own product development across both teams, including discovery, requirements, feature prioritization, backlog management, and delivery
- Coordinate go-to-market and adoption activities with business units
- Sequence Salesforce platform work and AI initiatives coherently and manage stakeholder expectations
- Partner with business units, Legal, Security, Compliance, AI governance processes, and Salesforce stakeholders to promote adoption and identify growth opportunities
- Define and analyze key product metrics and use data to inform decisions and improve performance
- Provide tailored updates to senior leaders, stakeholders, and squad members
Requirements:
- Proficient in overseeing AI/ML-based products
- Skilled at managing intricate data, processing, and analysis tasks to drive business outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise leveraging AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic workflows, to achieve tangible business outcomes
- Proven implementation track record with AI technologies
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales/Service Cloud, release cycles, and admin/configuration concepts, strongly preferred
- Proactive bias to action and ability to prioritize quick execution in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and deliver scalable solutions that resonate with user needs
- Data-driven approach to iterative product enhancements and maximizing impact
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to scale new products from scratch and thrive in ambiguity
- Superior communication skills; ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs to engineers and executives
