Job Description
Product Manager building AI-powered features and enterprise SaaS products for Actionstep’s legal practice management platform. Owning product strategy, roadmaps, launches, and customer discovery.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain assigned products and manage product planning, requirements, new features, functionality, and integrations
- Build and launch successful B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers and multiple user personas
- Build and bring AI-powered features and products from concept through go-to-market
- Own strategic product direction based on commercial rationale and customer insights
- Coordinate feature launches, including testing, documentation, training, customer communication, and adoption measurement
- Gather, organize, and prioritize product ideas and feature requests
- Maintain product roadmaps and design product enhancements
- Create product artifacts including opportunity briefs, roadmaps, product specifications, user stories, wireframes, and customer-facing documentation
- Lead, motivate, and develop engineering and design team members
- Conduct industry research, competitive reviews, customer analysis, and market sizing
- Lead customer discovery sessions, beta programs, and user research with legal professionals
- Represent Actionstep at webinars and industry conferences
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Contribute to product planning, process improvement, professional development, and department culture
- Follow health and safety procedures and undertake other reasonable duties
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SaaS product management experience building enterprise products
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and delivering product features aligned with company goals and strategy
- Proven ability to bring AI-powered products to market, with understanding of defensible AI capabilities
- Expertise in agile product development methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Notion, Pendo, and Miro
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working with design and UX teams
- Strong track record of successful product launches within strict timelines
- Ability to solve business and technical problems pragmatically
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Understanding of product lifecycle management, user experience design, and market analysis
- Experience with product roadmaps, stakeholder collaboration, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience creating, prioritizing, and recommending epics and features
- Ability to work remotely; travel is required for team engagement and cross-functional meetings
- Working knowledge of application performance and analytics
- Experience researching, defining, and documenting market, product, and platform requirements
- Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points
- Experience tracking project progress and initiatives against a roadmap
