Job Description

Product Manager developing game-based learning curriculum and products for Stride, a provider of tech-enabled education solutions. Owning product launches, adoption, research, and market growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new digital learning curriculum, content, and products for game-based learning
  • Articulate the business value and target market of new products
  • Own the product life cycle from concept and specification through launch, adoption, and performance
  • Oversee customer research and engagement to gather feedback and determine product requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategies driving revenue growth and market penetration
  • Collaborate with engineering and design on user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Supervise, evaluate, and develop full-time employees and part-time contract staff in curriculum and technical roles
  • Report to the Head of Product
  • Collaborate with curriculum subject matter experts, marketing, and client school leadership

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of related professional experience in Education Technology, Product Management, or a related field
  • Experience launching technology products for use by children
  • Proven success driving change management for new product features among existing customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS 365, and web tools
  • Ability to clear the required background check
  • Prior EdTech experience with content/curriculum development and district sales and/or teacher adoption highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of the US public education regulatory landscape desired
