Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification of problems and opportunities using data, customer feedback, and product context;
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of CRM features, especially those related to the pre-sales journey;
  • Monitor the development of initiatives together with the engineering team, ensuring alignment and clarity of scope;
  • Participate in validating deliveries, ensuring quality and adherence to the proposed problem;
  • Monitor feature metrics and indicators, supporting impact analysis;
  • Communicate the progress of initiatives and results to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Interest in working with digital products, with a desire to learn and grow in the area;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage problems and information;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different areas;
  • Openness to feedback and continuous learning;
  • Ability to prioritize and a strong sense of responsibility for deliveries;
  • Interest in understanding the customer and the impact of solutions on the business.
