Job Description
Product Manager advancing Wilqo’s Charlie platform, which automates mortgage lending workflows. Owning roadmap, strategy, integrations, AI tools, and product execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own, define, prioritize and execute on all products, product features and system functionality for the core platform
- Create and maintain the product roadmap aligned with market demands and strategic vision
- Analyze the target market and gather customer input to select the best ideas to pursue
- Monitor competition and develop strategies and tactics to reduce threats
- Set product strategy and prioritize features
- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the platform and communicate market insights internally
- Execute the roadmap collaboratively with the development and BA team through the product life cycle to meet business goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the mortgage loan origination process (lender, software company, or service provider)
- 3+ years of experience building successful software products with heavy reliance on 3rd party integrations
- Experience with using AI and building AI tools
- Technical background strongly preferred
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Know how to lead without mandating
- Be comfortable bringing order to potentially ambiguous and complex situations
- Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy
- Brilliant communicator
- Strategist who translates the company's high-level vision and goals into actionable tasks
- Tech savvy and passionate about building products
- Track record of developing enterprise quality consumer-facing products
- Experience with best practice agile scrum development and lean start up principles
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to exceed goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Successful track record working with remote team members
