Job Description
Product Manager defining automotive product strategy and vision for JD Power. Leading initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact outcomes across North America and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the automotive retail product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer and business needs into high‑impact initiatives across North America and Europe
- Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to align product strategy, priorities, and delivery with business goals
- Champion customer needs by synthesizing qualitative feedback, market research, and quantitative usage data to guide product direction and investment decisions
- Set success metrics and define measurable product outcomes; monitor performance and market signals to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Own prioritization and trade‑off decisions, providing strategic guidance throughout planning, execution, and delivery to maximize value and ensure quality outcomes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles
- Experience with syndicated research products across North America and Europe
- Proven ability to leverage market research, business intelligence, analytics, and customer insights to drive automotive product decisions across North America and Europe
- Experience partnering closely with client‑facing teams (e.g., P&L Leaders, Sales, Customer Success, Support) to translate stakeholder needs into scalable product solutions
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high standard for data quality and the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and trade‑offs to diverse audiences
- Experience in automotive, mobility, or analytics‑driven product environments preferred, including support for manufacturers, dealers, or suppliers.
