Job Description
Product Manager defining and driving the product vision for Enrollment, Wealth, and Investments products. Collaborating with teams to maximize product value and customer experience in financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Enrollment, Wealth, and Investments products
- Develop and own the product vision with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
- Lead roadmap development in partnership with design, technology, and scrum teams
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate the roadmap into compelling external messaging
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics
- Partner with UX/design teams to plan customer engagement and gather actionable feedback
- Maximize the value of assigned products, features, and/or capabilities across the business
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of product management experience in Retirement, Wealth Management, or Financial Services
- Experience delivering digital experiences across web, mobile, and cross-channel platforms
- Experience in implementing solutions that enhance Enrollment, Wealth and Investment management experiences.
- Deep understanding of the retirement industry and competitive landscape
