Job Description
Product Manager shaping Modivcare’s healthcare transportation products through strategy, roadmaps, research, and Agile delivery. Driving customer experience and business growth with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Set product vision and strategy, define the roadmap, and guide product success
- Define business value, OKRs, KPIs, and product performance metrics
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, customer insights, and market research
- Generate recommendations to optimize product features, user acquisition, and engagement
- Gather stakeholder, customer, and market feedback and maintain the prioritized feature backlog
- Lead and design user research studies and apply research results to product strategy
- Support user persona development and champion user-centered design
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, epics, and features
- Obtain stakeholder agreement on schedules, resource plans, and changes to project plans
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize functionality
- Translate product strategy into actionable development tasks and support Product Owner prioritization
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Support release planning, coordination, change impact assessment, release communications, and training
- Oversee the release process for Engineering and QA teams, assisting as Scrum Master when needed
- Conduct market research and lead go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, segmentation, and launch objectives
- Coordinate marketing, sales, and customer success teams for product launches
- Continuously improve product development processes and maintain an Agile development model
- Monitor project milestones and outcomes, identify root causes, and develop contingency and recovery plans
- Act as mediator and translator between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Identify product risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Use approved AI-assisted tools for coding/scripting, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical research
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Seven (7) plus years product management, consumer, or enterprise-level product management
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, AHA, Amplitude and/or Tableau tools required
- Marketing experience preferred
- Scrum/Agile certification preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, market dynamics, KPIs, and customer insights
- Comprehensive understanding of the marketing and product planning process with the ability to bring products to market
- Proven ability to prioritize product functionality, manage roadmaps, and handle complex problems with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile product development processes
- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Ability to translate product capabilities into functional specifications, epics, features, and user stories and communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and balance short-term needs with long-term product strategy
- Metrics-oriented and customer focused with an understanding of user experience and the ability to use customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and understand the financial implications of product decisions
- Ability to define test cases and perform testing as part of User Acceptance Testing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required
