Job Description

Competitive Intelligence Manager building Hightouch’s competitive program for its AI-powered marketing platform. Shaping positioning, sales enablement, launches, and product roadmap insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and define differentiating positioning for products and solutions across marketing, product, and data personas
  • Lead cross-functional launches and campaigns across marketing, sales, and product
  • Conduct user research to identify market gaps for Hightouch products
  • Create, maintain, and improve website messaging, customer case studies, and sales enablement materials
  • Help internal teams and product evangelists craft customer-value-aligned messaging and sequences
  • Represent Hightouch externally at field events, customer engagements, and webinars
  • Own the competitive intelligence program end to end and provide real-time market intelligence to field teams
  • Feed competitive signals into product and roadmap decisions
  • Shape campaigns that communicate Hightouch’s competitive advantages

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or market research, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong primary and secondary research skills, including win/loss interviews, analyst reports, public filings, review sites, and pricing pages
  • Ability to synthesize messy, conflicting signals into a clear point of view
  • Experience building and maintaining structured frameworks such as battlecards, comparison matrices, and positioning maps
  • Proven track record producing sales and marketing content, including battlecards, competitive decks, and objection handling guides
  • Proficient in turning complex, technology-heavy topics into digestible, compelling stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Understanding of sales cycles and sales representative needs
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, CDPs, MarTech, or adjacent technical B2B markets
  • High ownership and ability to build a new function from scratch
  • E-Verify eligibility to work in the U.S. is verified after hiring
