Job Description

Product marketing manager growing Worldly’s supplier network across Asian manufacturing markets. Localizing messaging, improving supplier purchases and onboarding, and driving revenue for the impact intelligence platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Own positioning and messaging for the global supplier audience, including factories, manufacturers, and vendors buying and completing assessments on Worldly
  • Drive the supplier purchase and onboarding experience to reduce friction and increase supplier discovery, purchases, and completed first assessments
  • Communicate the value of Worldly’s assessments, reduced repeat audits, and access to 350+ buyers
  • Adapt and localize global messaging for major supplier markets across East and Southeast Asia
  • Produce supplier content and enablement, including onboarding emails, success stories, assessment guidance, in-product copy, and partner materials, using AI-assisted workflows
  • Gather supplier and regional insights and feed them into positioning, buyer intelligence, and the product roadmap
  • Partner across Regional Supplier Engagement, Lifecycle, Demand Generation, Growth, and Product teams across functions and time zones
  • Support regional association and partner co-marketing with industry bodies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years in product marketing or an adjacent go-to-market role in B2B SaaS, B2B ecommerce, or a related industry
  • Experience in consumer goods supply chains and manufacturing
  • Proven track record of directly increasing revenue and ecommerce sales through marketing programs targeting business customers
  • Experience acting as a strategic voice of the customer in product development cycles, influencing roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy
  • Fluent in English plus at least one relevant regional language
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English and one additional regional language
  • Ability to make technical, regulatory, or data-heavy material clear, useful, and human
  • Comfortable reading, questioning, and interpreting data
  • AI-fluent or eager to learn AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, and enablement
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, cultures, and time zones
  • Localization or multi-market marketing experience is helpful
  • Ecommerce or self-serve purchase experience is helpful
  • Mandarin is a strong plus
  • Legally eligible to work in one of the required locations
  • Willing to sign a full-time employment contract via Deel, the global Employer of Record
  • Ability to work independently and asynchronously across geographically separated teams and time zones
