Job Description
Salesforce Marketing Cloud manager supporting Sand Cherry Associates’ transactional email and marketing automation workflows. Building campaigns, journeys, data extensions, and QA processes for a short-term consulting project.
Responsibilities:
- Create new email campaigns, including writing SQL-driven automations and building complex user journeys
- Configure and continuously optimize API-triggered email campaigns
- Track key milestones and collaborate with partners to meet project deadlines
- Create and manage timelines for a high volume of campaigns
- Design and build data extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for segmentation, personalization, and journey activities
- Perform end-to-end email QA, including mobile optimization and dark mode testing
- Proofread email copy and help maintain design standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–7 years as a Product Marketing Manager responsible for marketing automation workflows
- Experience with project/program management and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or related field
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential
- Experience with HTML, SQL-driven automations, and designing journeys is required
- Ability to work with many cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with senior and executive management
- Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, HTML, SQL, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification preferred
- Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship
- Mostly available during MST hours
