Job Description

Salesforce Marketing Cloud manager supporting Sand Cherry Associates’ transactional email and marketing automation workflows. Building campaigns, journeys, data extensions, and QA processes for a short-term consulting project.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new email campaigns, including writing SQL-driven automations and building complex user journeys
  • Configure and continuously optimize API-triggered email campaigns
  • Track key milestones and collaborate with partners to meet project deadlines
  • Create and manage timelines for a high volume of campaigns
  • Design and build data extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for segmentation, personalization, and journey activities
  • Perform end-to-end email QA, including mobile optimization and dark mode testing
  • Proofread email copy and help maintain design standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years as a Product Marketing Manager responsible for marketing automation workflows
  • Experience with project/program management and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential
  • Experience with HTML, SQL-driven automations, and designing journeys is required
  • Ability to work with many cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with senior and executive management
  • Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, HTML, SQL, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification preferred
  • Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship
  • Mostly available during MST hours
