Job Description
Senior Product Manager owning card-present and e-commerce acquiring products for fintech payments. Driving strategy, launches, economics, profitability, and partner delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and development of CP and e-commerce acquiring, including POS and unattended solutions
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Lead product planning, development, testing, launches, and continuous optimization
- Drive acquiring economics, merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, processor costs, and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams, challenge technical solutions, make product decisions, and manage external partners
- Establish scalable processes and ensure effective operational handover
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services
- Proven CP/POS acquiring product experience and strong e-commerce acquiring knowledge
- Understanding of CP/CNP acquiring, processing, authorization, settlement, and card-payment ecosystems
- Experience with processors, POS vendors, gateways, acquirers, and card schemes
- Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, acquiring economics, and relevant regulations
- Strong analytical, commercial, strategic, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Open Banking/A2A, SQL, databases, SDLC, Jira, and Confluence experience are advantages
