Job Description
Freelance Product Owner shaping GenAI products at Netguru, a digital commerce technology partner. Defining agent autonomy, roadmaps, acceptance criteria, and product economics.
Responsibilities:
- Choose when, where, and how to work on projects and tasks
- Match skills to work across different industries and companies
- Define vision and roadmaps for GenAI projects
- Define acceptance criteria for non-deterministic features
- Design the scope of agent autonomy
- Manage product economics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, engineers, and legal
- Contribute to digital commerce products and software projects
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo)
- Experience with GenAI projects vision and roadmaps
- Experience defining acceptance criteria for non-deterministic features
- Experience designing the scope of agent autonomy
- Experience managing product economics
- Cross-functional collaboration with analysts, engineers, and legal
- Excellent English and Polish skills
