Job Description
Product Owner/Manager translating business needs into Salesforce and LMS requirements for MedCerts’ online career training programs. Coordinating agile delivery, testing, releases, and production issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Support MedCerts’ Salesforce and learning management system (LMS) teams
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from identifying business needs through post-release support
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, developers, administrators, and QA
- Facilitate requirements discussions and support prioritization across stakeholder groups
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate changes across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems
- Review test cases and coordinate and perform user acceptance testing
- Triage and reproduce defects and help determine remediation priorities
- Serve as an escalation point for production issues
- Conduct software demonstrations and write release notes
- Maintain documentation and validate delivered solutions
- Proactively recommend technology and process improvements that improve efficiency, workflows, and the student experience
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to explain complex business or technical problems clearly
- Curious, detail-oriented, critical thinker
- Agile methodology
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, computer science, information technology, or similar discipline
- Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Billing experience is preferred
- Totara/Moodle experience is preferred
- Availability to work normal business hours, 8:30am–5:00pm
