Job Description

Senior engineer building AI-powered integrations between Cellebrite platforms and enterprise customer environments. Owning global field deployment architecture, escalations, and automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical definition, scoping methodology, and quality standards for the Field Deployment Engineering program globally
  • Partner with regional directors and delivery teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to scope engagements, define solution architectures, and assess technical feasibility
  • Lead onsite scoping workshops, architecture sessions, and deployment reviews
  • Build reusable FDE frameworks, templates, and tooling that scale across regions
  • Design, develop, and deliver custom integrations, workflows, and extensions connecting Cellebrite platforms with customer environments
  • Engage enterprise customers to co-design solutions and validate technical outcomes in the field
  • Translate complex customer requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions
  • Maintain reusable solution components and accelerators
  • Serve as the final internal escalation point for complex deployment challenges, architecture questions, and technical blockers
  • Conduct architecture reviews for non-standard and high-complexity implementations
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product to connect field realities with product capabilities
  • Build AI-powered and automated tools to improve services delivery efficiency, consistency, and quality
  • Apply LLM-based tooling, agents, and workflow automation across the services lifecycle
  • Champion continuous improvement through engineering

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of backend engineering experience; Python preferred, with Node.js or Java accepted
  • Experience building and integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
  • Practical AI/ML experience with LLMs, including OpenAI and Anthropic, agentic workflows, and production AI tooling
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
  • Professional services background in field engineering, solutions consulting, or customer-facing delivery
  • Experience scoping and architecting solutions with enterprise customers
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL, data transformation, and ETL
  • Customer engagement experience, from executive briefings to technical sessions
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Leadership skills, including influencing without authority and mentoring engineers in distributed teams
  • Digital investigations, public safety, law enforcement, or intelligence technology sector experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or other CS/PS operations platforms
  • Experience designing or delivering training/enablement programs for technical audiences
  • Experience supporting customers across regions with varying compliance, legal, and operational requirements
