Job Description
Professional Services Manager delivering exceptional onboarding and configuration support for Connecteam's SaaS platform. Engaging with customers through training sessions and system configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead live onboarding and training sessions with customers
- Configure Connecteam based on provided requirements
- Upload and manage employee data accurately
- Perform QA and thorough review of setups before go-live
- Advise customers on best practices
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical support
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Native or near-native English level
- Ability to break down complex requirements
- Confidence working with non-technical managers
- Previous experience with SaaS configuration or back-office support is a plus
