Job Description

Professional Services Manager delivering exceptional onboarding and configuration support for Connecteam's SaaS platform. Engaging with customers through training sessions and system configurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead live onboarding and training sessions with customers
  • Configure Connecteam based on provided requirements
  • Upload and manage employee data accurately
  • Perform QA and thorough review of setups before go-live
  • Advise customers on best practices

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical support
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Native or near-native English level
  • Ability to break down complex requirements
  • Confidence working with non-technical managers
  • Previous experience with SaaS configuration or back-office support is a plus
