Job Description

Program Director leading large-scale enterprise integration programs at IT services company Exavalu. Managing vendors, budgets, APIs, risks, and executive governance across 120+ integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale integration programs
  • Manage integrated plans, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and resources
  • Coordinate 3+ delivery teams/vendors across 120+ integrations and parallel workstreams
  • Manage scope, change requests, risks, issues, and escalations
  • Oversee budgets, resource utilization, and commercial/contractual commitments
  • Lead client/vendor governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive communication
  • Ensure delivery within committed timelines, budget, and quality expectations

Requirements:

  • 15–20 years overall IT experience, including 10+ years in program/delivery management
  • Experience managing large, complex, multi-vendor integration programs with aggressive timelines and contractual milestones
  • Proven experience leading large enterprise integration/API programs
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, dependencies, and contracts
  • Experience managing multiple teams/vendors and complex delivery dependencies
  • Strong skills in program planning, risk, scope, change, financial, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent executive communication and client-facing skills
  • Preferred: experience managing 100+ integrations across multiple workstreams
  • Preferred: knowledge of MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar platforms
  • Preferred: experience with cloud, API-led, microservices, or event-driven architectures
  • Preferred: PMP/PgMP/SAFe certification
  • Preferred: experience in Insurance or Financial Services
