Job Description
Program Manager managing CX Readiness operations for Zillow's product launches. Coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring smooth customer experience on product releases.
Responsibilities:
- Design and improve processes that focus on customer experience
- Manage cross-functional partnerships and conduct user testing efforts prior to product releases
- Maintain a unified view of upcoming launches and ensure frontline teams are prepared
- Drive communications and prepare summaries for stakeholder updates
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, CX operations, or a related field
- Comfortable working with both product and operations
- Experience in contact center operations, customer support, or partner/merchant support environments is a bonus
- Must be able to work with data to define basic success metrics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and summarize complex information for different audiences
