Job Description
Program Portfolio Manager leading enterprise transformation and cloud migration programs for Ensono, a managed technology services provider. Advising executives, shaping architectures, and delivering multi-year client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on business and technology strategy to drive enterprise transformation and innovation
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation and migration programs with C-level and client transformation executives
- Identify business drivers, develop board-ready proposals, and create value-driven business cases
- Collaborate with technology experts to develop architectural plans, execution plans, and roadmaps
- Manage client transitions, including colocation transitions and public cloud instances, ensuring steady-state consistency
- Coordinate with consulting, product engineering, implementation engineering, program management, and client technology teams
- Lead large-scale migration projects through assessment, planning, and execution
- Conduct discovery, assessment, and solution-development workshops
- Develop and document technical and business solutions focused on transformation and re-platforming
- Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences and gain executive buy-in
- Serve as a trusted operational adviser through consultation and recommendations
- Partner with Product and Program Management on product enhancements and technology roadmaps
- Report budget attainment, expenses, and cost savings for key programs
Requirements:
- Experience in planning and leading large-scale enterprise IT change management programs for transformation and migration programs
- Experience designing, building, and operating global IT infrastructure and cloud solutions and services
- Demonstrated program leadership and management experience in complex business or IT transformation environments
- Exceptional business acumen to understand and shape client transformation initiatives
- 12+ years of experience as a leader of technology in the hosting and cloud space
- 7+ years of relevant leadership experience in enterprise IT, consulting, engineering/development, transformation, and/or migrations
- Experience delivering enterprise IT professional services or cloud services
- Credibility with CxO and board-level audiences, technology leaders, engineers, and developers
- Ability to share knowledge across organizations and facilitate teamwork
- Ability to work within internal and external team environments and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop, implement, manage, and execute through influence across senior and client stakeholders
- Proven track record of ownership and driving results across organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Independent, self-directed, results-oriented approach
- Advanced presentation skills
- Strong empathy, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo with compelling insight and data while maintaining collaborative relationships
- Understanding of and experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions preferred
