Job Description

Programme Manager leading acquisitions, platform migrations and customer cutovers for OrderYOYO’s restaurant ordering solutions. Coordinating engineering, product, data and commercial teams across European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technology integration and migration of acquired businesses from technical due diligence and integration planning through migration, stabilisation and retirement of legacy platforms
  • Own the integrated programme plan across engineering, product, data and customer-facing teams, tracking delivery costs and agreed benefits
  • Coordinate dependencies with Finance, People, Commercial and other functional owners
  • Own end-to-end programme plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, budget forecasts and risks
  • Lead workstream owners, agree priorities and capacity with functional leads, run governance and escalate unresolved trade-offs to the CTPO
  • Embed lessons learned into a repeatable migration and integration approach
  • Inform due diligence through migration complexity, product gap, dependency, effort, cost and delivery-risk assessments
  • Prepare integration plans and coordinate Day 1 access, environments, tooling and working practices with incoming teams, engineering, IT and security
  • Coordinate technical and compliance assessments and track follow-up actions
  • Coordinate data migration and integration into the data platform and business systems
  • Segment customers and lead platform gap analysis and scope decisions
  • Recommend migration waves and sequencing based on customer impact, technical readiness and capacity
  • Coordinate testing and reconciliation of order flows, payments and key integrations, securing accountable-owner sign-off
  • Coordinate wave runbooks covering preparation, cutover, validation, rollback and support
  • Lead go/no-go recommendations for approval by accountable business and technical owners
  • Own operational handover, stabilisation exit criteria, business acceptance and controlled legacy retirement
  • Align engineering, product, customer-facing and finance teams around one plan and timeline
  • Keep restaurant partners informed and supported during migrations
  • Partner with Finance on business cases and track migration costs, revenue at risk, legacy-retirement savings and forecast cost to complete
  • Verify realised benefits and report progress, customer experience and value delivered to the CTPO and leadership team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of programme management experience in a technology organisation, including at least 3 years leading platform migrations, customer migrations or post-acquisition integrations
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing platform migrations, including readiness assessment, cutover, post-migration stabilisation and transition into normal operations
  • Strong technical literacy: comfortable discussing APIs, data pipelines, CRM migrations, cutover plans and infrastructure decommissioning with engineers
  • Experience segmenting large customer bases into migration waves, with detailed run books, rollback, hypercare and clear go or no-go criteria
  • Commercial judgement: ability to weigh the cost of a feature gap against the revenue at risk and drive a decision
  • Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, product, commercial and executive audiences, with ability to secure commitments, resolve competing priorities and lead delivery without relying on direct line-management authority
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting
  • Comfortable working across countries, cultures and time zones
  • Nice to have: experience in SaaS, restaurant technology, food ordering, payments or marketplaces
  • Nice to have: experience with data platform and CRM migrations
  • Nice to have: direct post-acquisition integration experience and running a repeatable migration approach across multiple programmes
  • Nice to have: recognised programme management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2 or PgMP

Benefits:

  • A senior role with direct visibility to the executive team and real influence on how OrderYOYO grows
  • Ownership of the migration and integration capability from day one, with the autonomy to shape how it works
  • Room to grow: as the portfolio expands, the opportunity to build this capability into a dedicated function and lead it
  • Work across nine European markets alongside engineering, product, data and commercial teams
