Job Description

Programme Manager leading acquisitions, customer migrations and platform integrations for OrderYOYO’s restaurant online-ordering solutions. Coordinating technology, data, product and commercial teams across European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology integration and migration of acquired businesses from technical due diligence and integration planning through migration, stabilisation and legacy-platform retirement
  • Own the integrated programme plan across engineering, product, data and customer-facing teams
  • Protect restaurant continuity and track delivery costs and agreed benefits
  • Coordinate dependencies with Finance, People, Commercial and other functional owners
  • Own end-to-end programme plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, budget forecasts and risks
  • Lead workstream owners, agree priorities and capacity, run governance and escalate unresolved trade-offs to the CTPO
  • Embed lessons learned into a repeatable migration and integration approach
  • Inform due diligence through migration-complexity, product-gap, dependency, effort, cost and delivery-risk assessments
  • Prepare integration plans and coordinate Day 1 access, environments, tooling and working practices
  • Coordinate data migration and integration into data platforms and business systems
  • Segment customers, lead platform gap analysis, recommend migration waves and sequencing, and coordinate testing and reconciliation
  • Coordinate wave runbooks covering preparation, cutover, validation, rollback and support
  • Lead go/no-go recommendations, own operational handover and plan controlled legacy retirement
  • Align engineering, product, customer-facing and finance teams around one plan and timeline
  • Establish and track business cases, migration and parallel-running costs, revenue at risk, savings and forecast cost to complete
  • Verify realised benefits and report progress, customer experience and value delivered to the CTPO and leadership team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of programme management experience in a technology organisation, including at least 3 years leading platform migrations, customer migrations or post-acquisition integrations
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing platform migrations, including readiness assessment, cutover, post-migration stabilisation and transition into normal operations
  • Strong technical literacy, including APIs, data pipelines, CRM migrations, cutover plans and infrastructure decommissioning
  • Experience segmenting large customer bases into migration waves, with detailed run books, rollback, hypercare and clear go or no-go criteria
  • Commercial judgement to weigh feature-gap costs against revenue at risk and drive decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, product, commercial and executive audiences
  • Ability to secure commitments, resolve competing priorities and lead delivery without direct line-management authority
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting
  • Comfortable working across countries, cultures and time zones
  • Experience in SaaS, restaurant technology, food ordering, payments or marketplaces
  • Experience with data platform and CRM migrations
  • Direct post-acquisition integration experience and running repeatable migration approaches across multiple programmes
  • A recognised programme management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2 or PgMP

Benefits:

  • A senior role with direct visibility to the executive team and real influence on how OrderYOYO grows
  • Ownership of the migration and integration capability from day one, with autonomy to shape how it works
  • Opportunity to build the capability into a dedicated function and lead it as the portfolio expands
  • Work across nine European markets alongside engineering, product, data and commercial teams
