Job Description
Coordenador de Projetos implantando soluções de gestão e automação da NDD. Gerenciando escopo, cronograma, riscos, testes e go-live para clientes e parceiros.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of NDD solutions
- Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, and risks
- Use the tools defined by NDD to manage daily activities and interfaces with implementation partners and stakeholders
- Conduct technical alignment meetings with OTM implementers
- Develop implementation plans, including schedules, risk assessments, governance plans, and physical and financial controls
- Configure the business settings of NDD solutions
- Perform unit testing and ensure communication between the required interfaces
- Guide clients on the core use of the solutions and direct customization requests
- Develop and lead user acceptance testing plans, including unit, integration, stress, UAT, and smoke testing
- Monitor scope, timelines, costs, and risks, including S-curves
- Lead status reporting and accountability meetings
- Ensure project documentation, including Project Initiation Documents (TAP), Acceptance Certificates, and Project Closure Terms (TEP)
- Analyze error logs
- Provide technical guidance and direction to implementation and support teams
- Encourage partners and clients to complete satisfaction surveys
- Support and develop Integrated Management System (SIG) initiatives for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement
- Participate in the ndd4merit program by recognizing colleagues for outstanding actions and behaviors
Requirements:
- Proven experience coordinating and implementing technology projects
- Knowledge of schedule, scope, risk, cost, and stakeholder management
- Experience leading testing, acceptance processes, and project go-lives
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMBOK, PMI, or equivalent frameworks
- Knowledge of system integrations and log analysis
- Availability to work on projects involving clients and partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) (preferred)
- Experience with logistics and transportation projects (preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL and databases (preferred)
