Job Description
Engenheiro de projetos especializado em Laser Scanning e nuvens de pontos para FPSOs. Integrando tecnologias 3D e engenharia digital na SANDECH.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Laser Scanning, point cloud processing, and digital engineering for complex environments such as FPSOs
- Process, manage, publish, and store point clouds using Hexagon/Leica solutions
- Prepare point clouds for publication in Plan360 and Smart 3D using the CloudWorx for S3D plugin and Autodesk solutions
- Support the Digital Engineering team in implementing cloud-based semiautomated modeling technologies
- Work with in-house solutions, such as Multivisão, and market solutions, such as Leica 3DR and FARO As-Built
- Process point clouds to generate 3D meshes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in the field
- Proven experience operating and configuring the Leica RTC360 Laser Scanner
- Advanced knowledge of point cloud processing within the Leica ecosystem, including Cyclone Register360, applied to offshore/FPSO environments
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with FARO SCENE and Autodesk ReCap
- Advanced knowledge of or practical experience with Smart 3D, Navisworks, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and Autodesk Forma
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem tools, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, and collaboration solutions
